El día de la foto, después de que te dan la toga y él birrete nadie te dice nada.
Me pasó que estaban ya tomando las fotos individuales, pero empezó a llover y a los que manejan esta porquería de empresa se le hizo buena idea tomar la foto bajo la lluvia, o sea si te planchas el cabello o te lo rizas y te mojas y estas formada para la foto mojándote les vale, ellos no le pierden nada ni recalendarizan, mis hermanos no se querían mojar por lo que en la foto yo salía enojada y toda despeinada y obviamente no iba a pagar eso, les reclamé y obviamente no me devolvieron los 500 que dí de anticipo. En serio no contraten con ellos.

Creo que yo saco mejor las fotografías, además la entrega es súper tardada y son muy mal quedados, yo tuve que ir dos veces...y a un año aún no me pueden entregar mi personalizador del cuál ellos se equivocaron en mi nombre. Pero bien que exigen pagos puntuales. NADA RECOMENDADO!!!!
Terrible "photography house". I think I take the photographs better, also the delivery is super late and they are very bad, I had to go twice ... and one year later they can not deliver my personalizer which they got wrong in my name. But well they demand punctual payments. NOTHING RECOMMENDED !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servico el que presta esta casa de graduaciones, a un 20% de las personas que contrataron un paquete con ellos, tuvieron algún error en la placa del marco del cuadro de la fotografía de generación. Para poder hacer la corrección tardaron 2 meses. Además prometieron un vídeo que cuando lo fuimos a recoger nos dijeron que nunca de grabó.
The poor service that this graduation house provides, to 20% of the people who contracted a package with them, had an error in the frame plate of the picture of the generation photograph. It took 2 months to make the correction. They also promised a video that when we went to collect it, they told us that it was never recorded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización y servicio, no respetan lo establecido en el contrato. Los paquetes no son entregados a tiempo y, no se toman la molestia de avisarte que no están listos porque: LES DA PENA... eso sí, exigen los pagos puntuales - y tardan muchisimo en confirman que los recibieron - o pierdes las regalías.
CERO RECOMENDABLES.
Terrible organization and service, do not respect the provisions of the contract. The packages are not delivered on time and they do not bother to tell you that they are not ready because: LES DA PENA ... yes, they require punctual payments - and they take a long time to confirm that they were received - or you lose the royalties.
RECOMMENDED ZERO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero te hacen firmar un contrato en el cual se establecen fechas de pago y de entrega, luego te están molestando cada día para que liquidez tu paquete. Luego de que lo líquidas dejan de atenderte bien, se vuelven groseros, te cambian tus fechas de entrega hasta por 2 meses, nunca contestan el teléfono.
Mucho cuidado gente, super impuntualidad, super groseros, super altaneros y todavía te amenazan con que te cobran extra.
Si alguien se pone vivo los va a demandar por sus faltas al contrato que se firma al inicio.
Busquen otras opciones gente, este lugar es pésimo pésimo pésimo.
First they make you sign a contract in which payment and delivery dates are established, then they are bothering you every day to make your package liquid. After the liquids stop serving you well, they become rude, your delivery dates change for up to 2 months, they never answer the phone.
Very careful people, super punctuality, super rude, super haughty and they still threaten to charge you extra.
If someone comes alive, they will sue them for their faults in the contract that is signed at the beginning.
Look for other options folks, this place is lousy lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las fotografías las entregan medio año después de la fecha estipulada en el contrato, te citan para recoger y resulta que se van de vacaciones, llamas al teléfono y no contestan, y el trato del personal en un inicio muy amable pero cuando es fecha de entrega se desaparecen y si te contestan te dan largas, mucha falta de profesionalismo. Nada recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En una de las fechas en la que se había acordado que asistirían a la facultad por el pago y no asistieron, desgraciadamente me asaltaron y de ahí me atrase con la liquidación, posteriormente pedí prórroga me la concedieron (obviamente ya sin regalías). En los días que llamaba para pedir información en dos ocasiones tuve que llamar 15 veces hasta que respondían.
Al momento de entregar el pedido una figura de las que ponen en los cuadros (que ya estaba escrita en el contrato) no fue respetada, me entregaron lo que quisieron y la señorita que atendió se comenzó a portar muy grosera, en verdad ya ni para discutir, muy caro el servicio, al final si llegas arrepentirte.
