Ponente cualquier pretexto para no brindarte el servicio, a cada rato se les descompone la máquina de depilación láser y te cambian las citas a su antojo. Si llegas 5 min tarde ya no te entienden y ellos si pueden cancelarte y cambiarte citas. Buscan cualquier pretexto para no brindarte el servicio. El personal es muy grosero y todo el tiempo te están apresurando para terminarte pronto. Ya me bloquearon de redes sociales por contar mi experiencia que ahora veo que a muchas les ha pasado igual. ¡Exijo que se me devuelva mi dinero! De 10 sesiones solamente me dieron 3 y de mala gana, parece que están regalando el servicio y es algo que ya se pagó por adelantado. No arriesguen su dinero ni tiempo.
Do not buy here, it is a real scam. Give any excuse for not providing the service, every so often the laser hair removal machine breaks down and they change your appointments at will. If you are 5 min late they no longer understand you and they can cancel you and change your appointments. They look for any excuse not to provide you with the service. The staff is very rude and all the time they are rushing you to finish you early. They already blocked me from social networks for telling my experience that now I see that the same has happened to many. I demand my money back! Out of 10 sessions they only gave me 3 and reluctantly, it seems that they are giving away the service and it is something that has already been paid for in advance. Don't risk your money or time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagué un paquete de 10 sesiones, varias áreas y estuve yendo a la sucursal de Av. Américas. El tipo de láser que usan, según lo que me explicaron, necesita que el vello esté de 1-2mm para funcionar como conductor hacia el folículo, por lo cual necesitas rasurarte, unos 3 días antes de la sesión...las primeras sesiones iban sin mayor complicación hasta que el vello se tardaba más de esos 3 días en crecer (normal si el láser hacía su trabajo), pero empezó a ser muuuuy variable y dependía de la chica que me atendiera si el vello era o muy corto, o muy largo, y si no era del largo que la chica consideraba adecuado, me dejaban "pendiente", (supuestamente las áreas pendientes se trabajan al final del tratamiento). Noté que no hubo muchos cambios ni avances ya llevando 9 sesiones y pedí reembolso. Me comentaron que no existía tal garantía sino que yo podía ir a una valoración para ver si soy candidato de 2 sesiones extra, pero con 2 sesiones extra no se hará lo que en 9 no ha sucedido. Además, me comentaron que el láser sólo es el 60% y el otro 40% es el trabajo de una en casa, o sea, exfoliación y cuidados de la piel que yo seguí sin problema. No obtuve mi reembolso, no tengo ganas de ir a las sesiones pendientes, y para mí fue pérdida de tiempo y dinero.

They told me that there was no such guarantee but that I could go to an assessment to see if I am a candidate for 2 extra sessions, but with 2 extra sessions, what has not happened in 9 will not be done. In addition, they told me that the laser is only 60% and the other 40% is the work of one at home, that is, exfoliation and skin care that I followed without problem. I didn't get my refund, I don't feel like going to pending sessions, and for me it was a waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde mi primer cita tuve muchos inconvenientes, cita tras cita me cancelaban o me dejaban pendientes zonas porque les gusta agendar dos o tres personas a la vez sin contar con los equipos y personal necesario para eso. Aparte la depilación no sirve, mi bello sigue creciendo casi igual a antes de empezar. Y justo hoy que tenía la última cita, para no errar, otra vez me cancelaron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención siempre fue súper buena y las chavas son muy amables, pero no puedo dar una buena calificación si la técnica (tan siquiera en mí) no funcionó :(
De unas sesiones a otras el vello dejaba de salir por zonas pero eventualmente volvía a crecer y era muy desigual con el paso de las sesiones, no progresivo como hubiera esperado.
Tomé 11 sesiones, en las piernas masomenos se me quitó el vello pero en las demas zonas (bikini y axilas) volvió a crecer como si nunca hubiera ido. Si van a hacerse una depilación háganlo en algun lugar que verdaderamente les recomienden aunque cueste más, no pierdan tiempo.
The attention was always super good and the girls are very kind, but I can't give a good rating if the technique (even for me) didn't work :(
From one session to another the hair stopped coming out in areas but eventually it grew back and it was very uneven with the passing of the sessions, not progressive as I would have expected.
I took 11 sessions, on my legs more or less the hair was removed but in the other areas (bikini and armpits) it grew back as if it had never been. If you are going to get a hair removal, do it somewhere that they really recommend even if it costs more, don't waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de 12 sesiones, me dijeron que apenas estaba al 50% y que tenia que tomar más sesiones; pese que seguí con sus recomendaciones como poco sol, 2 exfoliasiones por semana y no desodorantes, no veo un resultado.
¿De verdad piensan que pagare más?
En el trascurso del tratamiento me cambiaron como 5 veces de maquina y siempre tenían una excusa como, "parece que nos estafaron con la maquina", "se descompuso la anterior"
EXIJO UN REEMBOLSO ó el cumplimiento de 95% menos vello.

Las chicas siempre fueron amables, pero no cumplen lo que prometen "depilación definitiva", después de 12 sesiones el vello apenas disminuyó un 30 % y querían que siguiera pagando por más sesiones de $700 por algo que no sirve.
Do not waste your money or your time, terrible experience.
The girls were always nice, but they don't deliver on what they promise "permanent hair removal", after 12 sessions the hair was only down 30% and they wanted me to keep paying $700 for more sessions for something that doesn't work.

Tengo contratada la mitad del cuerpo con ellos, he notado cambios reales a partir de la 4ta sesión. Cabe recalcar que cada cuerpo reacciona diferente a los procedimientos.
Las chicas son siempre amables tanto por llamada, chat o en persona. Los precios son muy buenos a comparación de otros lugares.
Solo me gustaría que tuvieran alguna tabla de precios, para opciones de una sola sesión o zona.
Me falta probar los servicios de Spa, pero hasta ahora muy buen servicio (:

I have contracted half of the body with them, I have noticed real changes from the 4th session. It should be noted that each body reacts differently to the procedures.
The girls are always friendly whether by call, chat or in person. The prices are very good compared to other places.
I just wish they had some pricing table, for single session or zone options.
I still have to try the Spa services, but so far very good service (:
