Worst all inclusive of my life. Room smelled bad, no water bottle except the 1rst night, buffet was the same food all the time just moved some containers around and for buffet seafood night I couldn't find a shrimp in any dish. Only 2 restaurants on site. Coffee was horrible at the buffet and the coffee machine that gave you something half way ok worked 2 times in 7 days. The Italian was good but very small portions. Entertainment sucked except for 2 nights out of 7. Shows weren't anything like advertised on line. They asked you to wear a mask at the bar but yet served your drink in rinsed glasses in dirty water that you could see all the tajin speckles in the bottom and sides of the glass. Rsvp for dinner had to be made between 0700 and 9am and the pool/beach activities were rare and very limited. I couldn't take my 13 years old son on a kayak or paddle board he had to be 14. To go there you might as well take an Airbnb and do your own thing. We paid to go out for so many meals. Also we all speak Spanish so it wasn't any type of misunderstanding. And the covid test person left us hanging and waiting for several hours to get the test done and the next day to get the results. God bless Alejandro and Ramon they were so sweet.

Nice, safe, clean place. Rooms are slightly dated. Staff is good. Many families present. Very easy access to the marina and restaurants. Inclusive food is ok, but gets boring after the second day. No problem with noise.

Location is great. The rooms are well kept, nothing fancy. The service is lacking here. The food is alright but there is so many amazing restaurants on the marine right off the resort to chose from.

It was an alright all inclusive. The rooms were clean and it was located in an amazing area which accessed the beach and marina. There was a lack of options in the buffet and the food was almost the same every lunch and dinner. The only meal of the day that was consistently good was breakfast. The cappuccino/coffee machine was often out of mix or broken so don't expect to have hot drinks often if it is down. If you speak Spanish you'll be helped before those who don't.

3 stars for a great location and a clean resort. The food was horrible except for breakfast lunch and dinner was the same every day. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken every day. The drinks were ok depending on the bartender. They cater to the Mexican people and treat the Canadians like they don't exist for the most part. Be firm on what you want but don't expect much and you will do fine. The rooms were older but clean the water pressure was amazing. I would go back because of the location but that was really the only plus.

No microwave, no coffee maker, no mini fridge in room. Food in buffet is pretty good but that pretty much all you get since you only get to eat at restaurants 1 time per day and can only reserve the lunch from 7-9 and if you go to reserve for dinner from 9-11 and it isn’t available then you are sol so looks like buffet again it is. Also no food at pool. Nothing like any of the other all inclusive hotels I’ve ever been.

1.5 maybe. Not quite 2. I stayed 5 night with as positive an attitude as I could. Everything most people are saying is accurate. Food terrible especially buffet...beach snack bar ok...restaurant themed for which you need a reservation are poor. Not to try and be funny but Id say they are not trying. Its really sad. It is a smaller property but potentially could be a good on. Leadership is seriously out to lunch here. If for only a day they experienced their offerings they would be ashamed. Unfortunately day 1-5 didn't get better. Choose wisely its way too much $$$$ for this place..half the cost and maybe...or just ditch all inclusive and be better as a property with great on site restaurants that charge fairly.
