Aquí se diferencian por el sabor hogareño a caldo de pollo o res y sus destacados tuetanos, mollejas y patitas de pollo. No solo eso sus salsas hacen la mancuerna perfecta para un esquite que vale la pena ir a conocer. No les doy 5 estrellas por que son inconsistentes en sus horarios y eso es cero professional. Here they are differentiated by the homely flavor of chicken or beef broth and their outstanding tuetanos, sweetbreads and chicken legs. Sólo de pensar que supuestamente se establece desde las 8 y media, le hablo para preguntar en cuánto tiempo llega, siempre dice en 15 cuando en realidad son 30 o 40 más el tiempo que se instala porque está solo para todo. No sé si tiene otro trabajo o negocio, pero sale tardísimo y a esa hora ya no se me antoja comer esquites.
