Mi queja es hacerca del servicio.
El servicio es bastante lento y recibimos la comida primero que nuestras bebidas.
Tienen un nuevo menú pero no cuentan con todo lo que ofrecen. Las especiales son muy confusas ya que solo aplican si consumes otra comida adicional. Los precios subieron bastante ( creo que intentan recuperar lo perdido en esta pandemia ) pero eso está súper mal.
Para colmo pido la cuenta, la cuál viene con un total sugerido. Yo estoy consciente y de acuerdo que los meseros merecen una propina por el servicio quelque nostnos brindansbrindan peroqpero estoytestoy furioso furioso que tomen el 15% sin consultarlo contigo. Mi cuenta fue de $235 y se cobró el 15% extra sin consultarlo conmigo.
La verdad es un gran insulto que los meseros se cobren su propina sin preguntar.
Jamás volveré a visitar estás franquicias!
I recently visited this location at Av Alcalde. I am aware of the protocols and measures of concern that are being applied and I totally agree.
My complaint is about the service.
The service is quite slow and we receive the food first than our drinks.
They have a new menu but they don't have everything they offer. The specials are very confusing since they only apply if you consume another additional meal. Prices went up quite a bit (I think they are trying to make up for what was lost in this pandemic) but that is super wrong.
To top it off I ask for the account, which comes with a suggested total. I am aware and agree that the waiters deserve a tip for the service that our service provides, but I am furious furious that they take 15% without consulting you. My account was $ 235 and the extra 15% was charged without consulting me.
The truth is a great insult that the waiters collect their tip without asking.
I will never visit these franchises again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues no es muy de mi agrado. Sin embargo esta bien para reuniones de amigos. Los baños de hombres muy descuidados. La atención es buena y el precio de la bebida es económico. El sabor de la comida es bueno. Es muy amplio el lugar. La música pues algo elevada de volumen y no tan variada en género musical para mí gusto.
Well, it is not very to my liking. However, it is fine for gatherings of friends. Very neglected men's restrooms. The service is good and the price of the drink is cheap. The taste of the food is good. The place is very spacious. The music is therefore somewhat high in volume and not so varied in musical genre for my taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un punto de la franquicia Vancouver Wings que tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad. La falta de estacionamiento es factor para pensartela en llegar. El mobiliario ya acabado y descuidado. Los baños te gritan a metros que requieren cloro o líquido limpiador con aroma, porque hueles increíblemente mal, incluso desde las mesas. El área para fumadores no las utilizan, la gente fuma dónde le da su gana. Las alitas que pedimos estaban recalentadas en microondas, con salsa BBQ limitada, y muy poco aderezo, no sé si te lo cobran pero nos sirvieron muy poco. He de rescatar que el servicio fue bueno, ya que el personal es amable. Gracias
A Vancouver Wings franchise point that has many areas of opportunity. The lack of parking is a factor to consider when arriving. The furniture already finished and neglected. Bathrooms scream at you by meters that they require chlorine or scented cleaning fluid, because you smell unbelievably bad, even from the tables. The smoking area is not used, people smoke where they please. The wings we ordered were reheated in the microwave, with limited BBQ sauce, and very little dressing, I don't know if they charge you but they served us very little. I have to rescue that the service was good, since the staff is friendly. Thanks
