Quedaron de marcarme para resolver mi garantía se pasó una semana y la llamada nunca llegó. Acudo nuevamente a sucursal y les dije ¿que porque no me habían maracado? A lo que muy tajante me contestó el chavo que atiende: es que no era necesario marcarte ya que no te podemos responder por la garantía, a lo que contesto y como si apenas la usé un día y tiene 30 días de garantía y quiero que me resuelvas dicho inconveniente; la contestación tajante y ahora a forma de grito por parte del vendedor que le hiciera como le quisiera pero que ellos no se harían responsables de eso que si quería lo viera por mi cuenta con el proveedor. Pedí me comunicara con su supervisora la cual una semana antes me había atendido amablemente por llamada para saber los detalles de la falla pero en esta ocasión el chavo hizo caso omiso y nuevamente gritando y tajante me dijo no te va atender. Por lo tanto no me dieron valido mi derecho a garantía como consumidor y fui tratatado de una manera prepotente.
