I got my arms waxed and instead of using wax, she used a cream that took of the hair instead. She waxed my face and brows and my brows look the same as they did when I got there, but I didn’t want her to mess them up, since I was disappointed with the other services, so I decided to just leave them how they were, paid and left. Worst experience I’ve had at a salon. Much better quality services in Tulum.
