★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 12 de mayo llegué faltando 10 min para la hora de cierre y ya no me dejaron entrar literal, ya hasta estaban trapeando. No respetan el horario indicado. Mejor deberían de poner que cierran 7:50pm. Que mal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gerente me niega el cambio de unas gafas alegando que de acuerdo a las políticas de la tienda es un artículo de uso personal y no hay cambios... pero la ropa y los tenis sí los pueden cambiar o hacer devolución... leo las políticas de la tienda y ahi leo que sí aceptan cambiosny devoluciones, solo que ponen las prendas en cuarentena, me hizo perder 40 valiosisimos minutos para que al final después de discutir conmigo le llame a su jefe y le autoricen hacerme el cambio... todo esto mientras ella tosía, y se supone que cuidan mucho la higiene y prevención de COVID, con su gerente tosiendo ybsin saber hacer su chamba...
