★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. First, they are not Italian: stop selling like that!! Far away to be Italian!! They are german. Second: you come here to spend time with your friends and end up standing up alone for 25 min for a simple salad, instead of relaxing and have fun with your friends. And no, you don’t save on the bill for the lack of table service!!! Very dirty everywhere: from the bathroom (you do the stairs and almost fall, since it's greasy) to the tables.

FOOD is normal , okay for regular request. BUT service is the worst ever！！The lady said she only service the people who speak spanish , and she is the manager in this restaurant !! SOOOOO surprise ！I never see an employee could rude like this. I try to talk to her , but she ignore me at all , even we are face to face, even there is no other customer need take care at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Vapiano but this restaurant sucks, the service is slow and also the tables are always dirty cause the waiters are not doing their job cleaning the place. If you want to taste the food go to other Vapiano restaurant, there are more on the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chain restaurant of italian cuisine. The food is good enugh if you have no other options, specially because it's inside a mall. I'd say it's really pricey for what they offer. Nice touch that the pasta is made in front of you at the moment you order it. The pizza is probably the best thing they offer.
