★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente tengo que dejar una muy mala recomendación ya que me ha dejado de viva voz , muchas áreas de mejora en este establecimiento, perdida de prendas en este tema en específico, mezcla de ropa con la de otros clientes, entregadas muchos días después, las que se logran recuperar, que sea un aliciente para mejor su servicio, me da mucha pena pero las malas recomendaciones llegan más rápido en este tipo de servicios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, perdieron una bolsa completa de ropa, una semana después cuando la regresaron, vimos que la bolsa tenía mucha ropa que no era de nosotros (o sea que mezclan la ropa de todos los clientes en las lavadoras, asco), suplieron una toalla nueva con otra súper vieja y ya nunca nos regresaron esa prenda ni nos la pagaron ni nada.
No es posible que teniendo un ticket con tu nombre, puedan ser tan descuidados como para dársela a alguien más y tengan nula higiene y mezclen la ropa de diferentes clientes.
De igual manera nunca tienen la ropa a tiempo.
Muy muy molesta.
Terrible service, they lost a complete bag of clothes, a week later when they returned it, we saw that the bag had a lot of clothes that were not ours (that is, they mix the clothes of all the clients in the washing machines, disgusting), they supplied a towel new with another super old and they never returned that garment to us or paid us or anything.
It is not possible that having a ticket with your name, they can be so careless as to give it to someone else and have no hygiene and mix the clothes of different clients.
In the same way they never have the clothes on time.
Very very annoying.
