I took one of my Vaporella irons since I discovered this place near my home, I was received by a boy between 30-35 years old, he told me that they were going to review it and they would budget me EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG so that it would be repaired, check the pair of days and they told me that it was only the thermostat and the microswitch for which they would charge me $ 550 they gave me 3 months of guarantee, when I went to pick it up a lady gave it to me and I made the observation that the power buttons did not make a contact correct "ON" she told me that preferably she will not use them since they were very delicate only that I connected and disconnected it instead of using these buttons, after a week it occurs to me to test the iron to see how it was and when the boiler heats up the buttons were coming off (I imagine because of the heat) again I go back and the lady tells me that it would be $ 350 more because these buttons have to be changed, which causes me annoyance because again it would have to be left when only 1 was used time p to test it. I tell him that then the budget is badly done since they tell me one thing first, then they tell me that well another, if I leave it later, will it make something else and more money? She tells me that it is like an old car and she does not accept her mistake, because she would have told me that when I took her, not now what do you expect me to invest $ 850 on an iron that cost me 1600? The truth was, the asshole was me for taking her there I have always taken my other two plates to KEPLER 186 col Anzures but to avoid traffic and those things I took her to this place that outside of what they charge, the lady behaves with little professionalism and ethics.

Regular service, good service, but I would have liked them to show me the spare part (s) that changed my iron and have the option of taking them or leaving them since, a manager contacted me and told me that my iron had another very different problem due to it.
