★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo es de costumbre algunos empleados son muy amables pero también están los que te atiende como si te tuvieran que pagar ellos, los precios en general de los artículos son poco más elevados que en otras tiendas de ferretería

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia con los de segurodad. Tienen una cadena para que ellos te den el acceso y no estan pendientes de que hay gente esperando les llamas pudiendo entrar y te dicen groseramente esperese. No estan haciendo nada y la tienda no tiene ecxeso de clientes como para que te tengan esperando en el sol. Después de unos minutos cuando al de seguridad se le antoja te levanta la cadena para que entres y eso sin que ningun cliente haya salido como para que digas que esa era la razon que no te daban entrada. Vaqueiros chequen ese punto por que yo espere pero hubieron dos clientes que se fueron 2 personas son perdidas en ventas para ustedes y eso en el tiempo que yo estuve . imaginense cuantos pierden al dia por mala actitud de los seguridad

They're not doing anything and the store doesn't have enough customers to keep you waiting in the sun. After a few minutes, when the security man feels like it, he lifts the chain for you to enter and that without any customer having left for you to say that that was the reason they did not give you entry. Vaqueiros check that point because I waited but there were two clients who left 2 people are lost in sales for you and that in the time I was there. imagine how many lose a day due to bad attitude of the security

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención, quise cambiar una lámpara que no encendía probaron como 8 lámparas y ninguna encendía, no tenían ni idea de cómo cargarla porque era solar, les pedí que me devolvieran el dinero ya que ninguna funcionaba y me dijeron que no hay devoluciones de dinero, acuando no hay ningún letrero que te advierta de esa práctica.. me dijeron que escogiera el valor de la lámpara en productos.. osea me están condicionando a comprar algo que no necesito..es terrible
Además solo te dan 3 días para cambios
Muy mal la política de ellos.
E ido a las 3 sucursal y en las 3 deja mucho que desear la atención de los empleados, te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encuentras de todoooo, accesible y económico, solo aguas con los cepillos para baño, NO DURAN, el mío a las dos semanas ya se había roto, así sin más, sin usarlo tan fuerte ? pésima calidad ?...y aunque es algo fastidioso esperar afuera a qué pasen de uno en uno, pues a la larga se agradece..así es más seguro... lástima por los que se quedan a esperar..?...vaqueiros, revisen bien el material de sus productos ??

Es básico, " baños"
Me dijeron que solo hay para los empleados, no para los clientes.
Hace unos años rogué para que me presten el baño de empleados por que en verdad no me aguantaba.... pero hoy ya no quize hacer lo mismo, me podía aguantar y aparte no estamos para rogar algo tan básico y estar pidiendo autorización a los encargados para que me presten el baño.
Soy cliente y es lo menos que espero.
Por lo tanto, podrán tener una tienda bien surtida y buenos precios, pero les está fallando el" servicio al cliente".

It's basic, "bathrooms"
I was told that there is only for employees, not for customers.
A few years ago I begged for the employees' bathroom because I really couldn't stand it.... but today I didn't want to do the same, I could stand it and apart from that we are not here to beg for something so basic and ask for authorization from the managers to lend me the bathroom.
I am a customer and it is the least I expect.
So they may have a well-stocked store and good prices, but "customer service" is failing them.
