★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento cerrado con buena vigilancia y se apegan muy bien a los reglamentos de los derechos y deberes de los vecinos, lo cual es muy bueno para que no sea otro fraccionamiento que a lo largo del tiempo se deteriore.

Tiene su alberca, limpio, bonito. Un poco retirado pero bien!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito así como la mayoría de los vecinos, lo único malo es que la alberca no recibe en ocasiones un correcto mantenimiento, las juntas vecinales para organizar el dinero para la seguridad y el mantenimiento de las calles así como de los juegos llegan a ser poco eficientes. Otra desventaja es que no tienes ninguna farmacia cerca, no hay Walmarts ni Sorianas cerca y lo que tienes más cerca para surtir despensa es un Aurrera todo feo y aparte "xpres" donde no hay una variedad de productos, y si los hay son muy p1nches (disculpe el lenguaje). El OXXO más cercano para ir a pie, sé tiene que atravesar la carretera y no hay un puente que esté de por medio para los peatones para atravesar con seguridad.... De ahí en fuera por dentro es muy agradable y cómodo estar
