★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos a la empresa Vasa Construcciones para un proyecto dental, el cual nunca se entrego en buen estado y con atraso de tiempo. Jamas nos entregaron un presupuesto formal y firmado, por lo que al termino de la obra nos querían cobrar más de lo que habían hecho ( pisos los cuales nunca pusieron, cámaras de seguridad, muebles dentales que tuvimos que devolver por el estado deplorable de los mismos) decidimos llevar el caso a términos legales con lo cual Vasa se nego rotundamente al darse cuenta que no tenían las armas para ganar dicho caso, ya que el peritaje realizado dejo al descubierto todas las deficiencias de la obra que incluso son motivo de demanda, razón por la cual decidieron amenazarnos y hostigarnos con la intención de que pagaramos por trabajos que nunca se hicieron. Hemos tomado todas las medidas legales y dado aviso a las autoridades pertinentes ya que en estos momentos no se sabe que esperar de esta empresa que AMENAZA a sus clientes teniendo la oportunidad de hacerlo dentro del ámbito legal y de manera transparente.
We hired the company Vasa Construcciones for a dental project, which was never delivered in good condition and late. They never gave us a formal and signed budget, so at the end of the work they wanted to charge us more than what they had done (floors which they never put, security cameras, dental furniture that we had to return due to their deplorable state). ) we decided to bring the case to legal terms, whereupon Vasa flatly refused when realizing that they did not have the weapons to win said case, since the expert opinion carried out revealed all the deficiencies of the work that are even cause for a lawsuit, reason for which they decided to threaten and harass us with the intention that we would pay for work that was never done. We have taken all legal measures and given notice to the relevant authorities since at this time we do not know what to expect from this company that THREATENS its clients by having the opportunity to do so within the legal scope and in a transparent manner.
