The park ANDRÉS IS SMALL BUT VERY WELL CONSERVED AND CLEAN. MORE BECAUSE IN A CORNER IS THE ISSSTE CLINIC OF SPECIALTIES. AND A LOT OF PEOPLE GO THROUGH THAT PARK WHERE THERE ARE BANKS AND RAMPS FOR THE DISABLED.
