★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé la bicicleta para servicio y ajustar frenos. No ajustaron los frenos, dejaron el amortiguador dañado (a decir de ellos ya estaba dañado); por algún motivo perdieron los pedales de la bici.
Pudimos llegar a un acuerdo y me dieron pedales nuevos y me dieron el servicio sin costo, lo cual agradezco mucho; pero si creo que deberían ser más atentos con la logística de las bicicletas que reciben.
I left the bike for service and to adjust brakes. They didn't adjust the brakes, they left the shock absorber damaged (by saying it was already damaged); for some reason they lost the pedals of the bike.
We were able to reach an agreement and they gave me new pedals and they gave me the service free of charge, which I appreciate very much; but I do think they should be more attentive with the logistics of the bicycles they receive.
