★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obtuvieron mi correo de alguna base de datos externa, puesto a que jamás he tenido contacto con dicha empresa. Inundan mi correo con spam, y a pesar de que bloqueo al remitente, continúan enviando spam a través de diferentes cuentas/servidores. Es muy molesto.
They got my email from some external database, since I have never had contact with that company. They flood my email with spam, and even though I block the sender, they continue to send spam through different accounts / servers. Is very annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la oportunidad de trabajar con el equipo de VCC en 2019 de manera remota. Experiencia que no recomendaria a nadie. Explotación total de los desarrolladores, de lo más parecido a esclavitud moderna que te puedas encontrar. Reuniones a las 8 AM, pero también a las 10 PM, 11PM, 0 respeto por el horario conveniado con la persona. Constante chequeo. La paga pactada incialmente estuvo de acuerdo al rol, pero inmediatamente los requerimientos para el rol fueron incrementadose diaramente, mientras que la paga no. Nunca se coordinó entrega de dispositvos para trabajar, siempre fue con dispositivos personales puestos en función del equipo. El último mes alegaron problemas para hacer el pago, una y otra vez, y finalmente no pagaron, incluso con los commits subidos a la plataforma de control de código. Como desarrollador, no recomendaría la experiencia de trabajar aquí. Y las malas prácticas de trabajo con el equipo, crean constatente inestabilidad del personal, teniendo un impacto directo en la calidad de los proyectos, por lo que tampoco recomendaría el producto, aunque mis tareas con el nunca pasaron de desarrollo.
