â â â â â I always cruise to Cozumel and visit Veari Booth factory. In 2018 i made an purchase for a pair of boots and was very pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately, during my next visit in December 2019, I asked for a pair of boots in size 11. I am on a cruise so my time is really limited. I make the purchase only to find upon return to my ship they the clerk give me the wrong size. I have sent emails several times with no response. I am really disappointed and frustrated at least they could respond to my emails. :(.
