Hicimos reclamaciones por esta situación y no contestaban los mensajes y las llamadas. No compren en esta tienda porque además de mentir en los tiempos de entrega compran el piso en las mismas tiendas a su alrededor y lo revenden con falsas promesas. PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA !!!
Terrible service. We made a purchase since December and they delivered the product to us 1 month later.
We made claims for this situation and did not answer the messages and calls. Do not buy in this store because in addition to lying in the delivery times buy the floor in the same stores around it and resell it with false promises. BAD EXPERIENCE !!!
