It is hard to find more variety of good music books. This place has great books!

Veerkamp is a huge store that is actually one of the biggest importers of music products in the whole country. They do have a lot of instruments and I do mean a lot! The store is big and it's a joy just to walk around it. They have a big selection of instruments: guitars, basses, drums, saxophones, trumpets, cellos, violins, harmonicas... you name it and they probably have it. They also have an online store, so if that's your jam, you can get your stuff that way. Personally, Casa Veerkamp in Mesones is a store that has a lot of significance in my life. I bought my beloved Ibanez acoustic guitar there, and it has become my favorite guitar of all time. The saxophone I received as a gift came from there as well. One thing to note is that they don't have a huge selection of brands. For example, they only have Orange, Laney, and Ibanez guitar amps. And Boss, Dunlop, and Ibanez pedals. That is not a problem because the store is located literally a few steps away from a ton of other music stores, so you can try there if you had something else in mind. Overall, an awesome store that you should visit when in Mexico City.

Good place to buy things at, not the best option if looking for something cheap but quality is guaranteed and good service, if you need something they dont have, they will get it 4 u withing 1 week or so. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO BUY YOUR GEAR!!

Im guessing every musician has visited or bought from this store. 2 storeys of the best stuff in town located on the right neighborhood for shopping musical instruments, accessories, printed material and videos.

Excellent variety of instruments and learning methods. Problem is, I was looking for loudspeakers and power amplifiers, but could not find more than 2 or 3. Other than that, the employees are kind and have good knowledge.
