I ordered the quesadilla rellena. Good fast service. Cute place. They play covers of American hits from the 80s. I will come back again.

Really lovely little restaurant in Morelia. The staff are very friendly, and everything we tried was delicious. We liked this place so much we visited three times during our stay in Morelia. We would definitely recommend it to others.

I really loved the food here. We have been two times already, each time the food has been tasty and fresh. Great vegetarian and vegan options. Family friendly in that they changed eggplant for tofu for my 5 year old in the burger. I enjoyed the veg posole. The guacamole we had the other day was delicious too. They were fast and friendly with the service. We will hopefully be back soon.

Excellent vegan food. Hamburger tastes like real hamburger, and Mexican traditional tacos al pastor also taste very good, like the pork ones, if you add the sauce to the tacos. Very happy to have found this place in Morelia

Great decor. Great vegan pozole (among other things). Just a short walk from the cathedral. Will definitely be back.

Café Loto cannot be missed by any traveler or tourist, especially if you’re a vegetarian or vegan. I️ has one of the best service in all of Mexico; the waitress and host was kind and accommodating to us (a group of seven). The space is clearly contemporary and well kept. The lighting, along with the chill, electronic music complemented the laughs and chatter I️ had. The food was excellent. I️ cannot give it enough praise, especially considering the price. I️ had the daily special, a vegan pozole. I️ wasn’t certain at the time, but after some thought I️ am convinced it was one of the best pozoles I’ve ever had. Café Loto showcases an important fact about Mexican food, that it’s more than just meat and tortillas. The pozole was rich, full of flavor and depth. The tostadas they used are not by at the restaurant, but they were delicious nonetheless. I’ve never had a baked tostada taste as good and even better than their fried counterparts. The fresh ingredients such as onions and radishes balanced the richness of the pozole in a wonderful manner. Café Loto will let you experience a different kind of Mexican cuisine that is refreshing, delicious, and leaves you wanting more.
