Cuando fui de 5 ventanillas únicamente una funcionaba y pese a que llegué 1hora y media antes del cierre, solamente atendieron a 2 personas y 20 minutos antes del cierre dijeron que ya solamente atenderian a 3 personas mas y los demás, vuelvan otro día...lentos y burócratas a más no poder.
Terrible service, they are slow to attend. When I was 5 windows only one worked and although I arrived 1 hour and a half before closing, they only attended 2 people and 20 minutes before closing they said they would only serve 3 more people and the rest, come back another day ... slow and bureaucrats to no more power.
