★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al menos yo, tuve una grata experiencia, fue rápido el trámite, claro llevando toda la documentación necesaria. No tarde más de una hora en la reposición de tarjeta de circulación. Un poco incómodo para acceder en automóvil, pues hay que entrar por la Central de Abasto. Cuenta con estacionamiento propio aunque carecen de lugares a ciertas horas.
At least I, I had a pleasant experience, the process was fast, of course carrying all the necessary documentation. Do not take more than an hour to replace the circulation card. A bit uncomfortable to access by car, as you have to enter through the Central de Abasto. It has its own parking lot although there are no places at certain times.

Abren a las 8 y llegué a esa hora, pero los que atienden en los módulos no habían llegado, llegan primero al chisme, tomar su desayuno y café, y después a atender con toda la calma del mundo. Por desgracia me tocó un "error de sistema", del que me avisaron 40 minutos después de iniciar mi trámite y lo único que me recomiendan es volver por la tarde u otro día, como si uno tuviera los días y la vida disponible solo para hacer estos trámites.

Y les doy tres estrellas por que cuando fui una señora se metió sin seguir el orden de las fichas y cuando se le indicó al chico que estaba en la mesa, solo sonrió e hizo caso omiso. No le importó que habíamos personas que llevábamos una hora de espera ya
