★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni modo, el personal hace lo que les toca obligados por la voracidad de la autoridad superior. Esto lleva a la comisión de arbitrariedades e injusticias. Los reglamentos no están actualizados y son demasiado demandantes. Por lo demás, mi auto no sufrió daños y, fuera del engorro y tiempo para conseguir la larga lista de documentos, el proceso para recuperar mi vehículo fue rápido.
 Neither way, the staff does what they are called upon to do by the voracity of the higher authority. This leads to the commission of arbitrariness and injustice. The regulations are out of date and overly demanding. Otherwise, my car was undamaged and, outside the hassle and time to get the long list of documents, the process to recover my vehicle was quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por negligencia mía se llevaron mi coche. Por suerte el mismo día lo logré sacar, gente amable y rápida si traes tus papeles correctos claro. Lástima las instalaciones pero por eso es mejor no tener que ir.
For my negligence they took my car. Luckily I managed to get same day, friendly people and quick if you bring your papers clearly correct. Too bad the facilities but it is better not to have to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Annoying awful place where the police may take your car if towed away... legally or illegally, by the way.
As of January 2016, it'd cost about MXN$1,000 to be able to rescue your car from here and a bunch of papers (originals and photocopies), specially if the towed car is on a company's name.
I, since this experience (dealing with these corrupts) I rather pay parking, no matter the cost instead of risking tow aways because of an "operativo"...
