At first I’m not going to lie I was skeptical about this place. I read the reviews and decided to book my first out of the country car rental. My plane landed early, and I called them and sure enough told me they where on their way. The paper work was done fast and easy. No hidden fees. The problem was when I returned the car. I made a huge mistake. I booked the car a day longer than needed. I didn’t know until the agent told me. Nonetheless, they were very accommodating. They made the checkout an easy process regardless of my mistake. Very professional and nice!!

This car rental place is amazing and it's what it says it is, clean transactions and no hidden charges not like many car rental companies, I rented a vehicle for 10 days and from start to finish they were amazing and very unique, i was a little skeptical at first/before i made the reservation but they were actually really great, i will definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to deal with a legit company and that doesn't want any bad $$ surprises. This is a great rental place. They don't have the large stock of the other places, but their process are super reasonable, no hidden costs like another I will name, and they're very responsive. We had two horrible experience with Thrifty in Guadalajara, one where they chargers us a hidden $500 insurance fee and the other where they chargers us for damage UNDER the car though they couldn't show us that it wasn't already there when we rented and we didn't hit anything. Now that I've found Veico, my faith in rentals is restored. I highly recommend Veico, and I'll use them regularly!

Absolutely the best place to rent a car in Guadalajara! Now for the details! I rented a car for about 3 weeks and I had no problems whatsoever. The online booking system works very well, the prices are great and way better than anyone around the airport. The coverage is included in the price you see but you can expand it if you choose to. You pay exactly what you see. A huge benefit of booking online is that if you pay in advance you get a discount on top of the already awesome prices! Who doesn't like that!? The car I received was exactly what they showed me on the website, it was clean, efficient and in great shape. I got the roadside assistance option just in case but luckily I didn't have to use so I can't really speak on the quality or efficiency of that service but I would assume that with the kind of service I experienced it would match Veico's standards. The best part of the rental is the service, these people know what high customer service standards are! I work in the customer service industry and I am very perceptive to the quality of customer service a business provides when I visit it, so when I booked the rental I immediately noticed how the people at Veico truly take pride in their work. They care about and understand how to treat their customers. I first called to clarify a question I had and they were very helpful and kind. Once I booked the rental they checked in with me to go over my reservation to make sure it was made correctly and everything would work well with my plans. Later, before my flight, they checked in to make sure everything was still going according to plan and they offered to pick me up at the airport. I was staying at the hotel right next door to them so I politely declined and mentioned that the staff at the hotel would be picking me up. The return process was just as effortless as the pick-up. I made sure to be careful with the car and to clean it out before returning it since they ask that you return the car in the condition that you received it. I'm happy to do that, besides avoiding the cleaning charge, I also don't want to make someone else's job harder. When I arrived to return the car the employee was prompt, friendly, caring and efficient. He inspected the car and made sure everything was in order, checked to make sure the tank was full and no additional damage was done to the vehicle. He offered to take me back to the airport, this time I was happy to accept. He was very friendly and we had a good little chat on the way to the airport. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Veico! I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with my decision of renting a car here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place next time you need a rental car because I know I will only be using Veico when I'm back to Mexico and I need a rental car, as long as their standard of service continues to be amazing and doesn't decline. Thank you Veico for being different, honest and for putting your customers first!

this is a very honest and good service, no surprice charges, what a team, they pick you up and drop you off to the airport, I highly recomend these guys.

Very easy to make reservation (online or by phone). Up front pricing. Bit more affordable than some other branches in the area or at the airport for similar cars. Not pushy when it came to extra coverage. Clear and concise about what is included. Not bait and switching here. Easy and fast check in, drop off, and rides to and from airport. Got an upgrade for free to slightly bigger car with no price increase. Also very thorough pre trip inspection. They found more stuff than I would've. That honesty is appreciated. Highly recommend and will use when in Guadalajara again.

Excellent rate online, no add ons at office, they pick you up from the airport for a 4 minute drive to their office (and they were waiting for us when we landed). Superb customer service. Don't hesitate, book with them.

This is BY FAR the BEST car rental agency in Mexico! The quote you see in TOTAL is the price you pay! No bait n switch upon arrival. They don't try to upsell you on BS coverages. A real rarity in Mexico. The cars are new and clean. And usually a ride to the office to and from airport can be arranged. I have used them twice, in both Mazatlan and Guadalajara, and were perfect experiences. I only wish they existed in every Mexico destination!! I travel to Mexico about 5 times per year. You will not regret going with Veico!
