Contrate el tour privado en catamaran para 2 personas , quedamos a las 11 en el punto de encuentro y en la info que nos mandaron decia estar 15 min antes ahi. Empezamos a preguntar y nadie sabia nads de nosotros , a todo eso 2 hs antes le escribi nuevamente al del tour para reconfirmar el punto de encuentro y la hs pero jamas hubo una respuesta, a las 11 20 conseguimos contactar con el encargado y nos dijo q se olvidaron de nosotroa que si esperaba en 20 min estaba ahi, obviamente no fueron 20 minutos sino 40 minutos, al llegar el capitan ( no tenia la culpa ya que el no estaba informado) armando la vela se dio cuenta que estaba rota, asi que lo tuvo que arreglar ahi( catamaran no esta en un muy buen estado) salimos alfinal 12 15, le pedimos para hacer 3 hs porque teniamos cosas que hacer despues y bueno arrancamos, alfinal conocimos poco y nada porque se vino una tormenta y nos tuvimos que refugiar bajo la vela y de ahi conocimos la bahia de loa piratas y otra vez la lluvoa asi que volvimos, hicimos 2 hs y media de las 4 que normalmente tarda el tour. Falta mucha organizacion , antes de salir chequear el tiempo y otra cosa que nos molesto es que el capitan se habra tomado 3 cervezas en el camino algo que no me parece reaponsable. Asi que no recomiendo esta agencia para nada. ah si me hicieron un descuento por todos los inconvenientes pero hubiera preferido pagar el precio que era y tener todo en orden y en hs.

Hire the private catamaran tour for 2 people, we meet at 11 at the meeting point and the info they sent us said to be there 15 minutes before. We started asking questions and nobody knew anything about us, to all that 2 hours before I wrote again to the tour person to reconfirm the meeting point and the hours but there was never an answer, at 11:20 we managed to contact the person in charge and he told us that they forgot about us that if he waited in 20 minutes he was there, obviously it was not 20 minutes but 40 minutes, when the captain arrived (it was not his fault since he was not informed) setting up the sail he realized that it was broken, so he had to fix it there (catamaran is not in a very good condition) we left at the end of 12 15, we asked him to do 3 hours because we had things to do later and well we started, in the end we knew little or nothing because a storm came and we had to shelter under sail and from there we met the pirates' bay and again it rained so we came back, we did 2 and a half hours of the 4 hours that the tour normally takes. There is a lack of organization, before leaving check the weather and another thing that annoyed us is that the captain had 3 beers on the way, something that does not seem responsible to me. So I do not recommend this agency at all. Oh yes, they gave me a discount for all the inconveniences but I would have preferred to pay the price and have everything in order and in hours.
