★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos en atención y seguimiento, nunca me avisaron del status de mi vehículo. Tuve que marcarles yo para preguntarles, me quedo pendiente una pieza y tardaron 2 meses en entregarme la reparación e incompleto . No lo recomiendo.
 Terrible in attention and follow-up, they never warned me of the status of my vehicle. I had to mark them to ask them, I had a piece pending and it took them 2 months to deliver the repair and incomplete. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Servicio mi auto entro por compañia Qualitas y quede encantado, ya habia visitado en taller en otra ocacion pero tuve mala experiencia con el encargado un tal Oscar M...afortunadamente ya no esta para bien mio y de muchos clientes que vi se quejaban de el, ahora esta un Gerente que se acerca contigo y se presenta,eso habla bien del dueño que le interesa que su negocio prospere y todo el personal fue muy amable y en todo momento fui bien informado..Muy Bien Qualitas por ofrecer un taller con calidad y seriedad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de recepción y entrega se manejan de una manera muy despectiva, supuestamente iban desarmar para analizar los daños y me entregan mi carro con la chapa de apertura que no encaja y cínicamente me dicen que no la golpearon, les digo te muestro la foto, y después si golpeamos para sacar la foto, mienten y si solo iban a sacar fotos los daños se verían de inmediato, el vidrio no podía bajar por el golpe y lo entregan un tercio abajo y batalle para que subiera.
Deben cambiar su actitud y dejar de mentir, no todos son ignorantes, como ellos pretenden hacernos sentir.
Soy Ingeniero y se perfectamente de lo que hablo.
