 VERY GOOD SERVICE, THE GIRLS ARE FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE.
I HAVE SEEN VISIBLE RESULTS.
AND THEIR PRICES ARE NOT HIGH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de esperar 40 minutos y de ver cómo pasaban a un par de clientes antes que a mi sin respetar mi cita, me informaron que les faltaba personal y que no podían atenderme. Les pedí solución y lo único que hicieron fue decirme “que la empleada q me iba a atender no les contestaba el teléfono y no había llegado” me pidieron esperar más tiempo y al final ni me atendieron ni se disculparon ni nada. Me hicieron perder el tiempo y solo me decían que esperara más y aver si llegaba la empleada faltante . Al final creo q no les interesaba resolver mi problema solo que me fuera y así lidiar con un cliente menos. Además q la sala de espera (si puede llamársele así), es un pasillo muy incómodo en el que nos amontonamos varias clientas por la desorganización del personal q atiende.
After waiting 40 minutes and seeing how a couple of clients passed before me without respecting my appointment, they informed me that they were understaffed and that they could not attend me. I asked for a solution and all they did was tell me "that the employee who was going to attend me did not answer the phone and had not arrived" they asked me to wait longer and in the end they neither attended me nor apologized or anything. They made me waste my time and only told me to wait longer and see if the missing employee would arrive. In the end, I don't think they were interested in solving my problem, only that I left and thus deal with one less client. In addition to the waiting room (if it can be called that), it is a very uncomfortable corridor in which we crowd several clients due to the disorganization of the staff who attend.

Querían que lo apartara porque la “promoción iba acabarse pronto”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lo peor que me he encontrado !! Pésima actitud de las chicas, prepotentes y déspotas, sólo la que me recibió y atendió se portó bien. Corren a la clientela, sólo agradezco que lo hicieran el primer día, así no les compré más servicios.
Se lo dije a la grosera que me sacó prácticamente de la cabina para hacer un servicio a otra persona; ni la encargada te ofrece disculpas o soluciona nada !! De hecho creo que ella era la encargada !! Ojalá los dueños revisen esto. Pobres
It's the worst I've ever come across! Terrible attitude of the girls, arrogant and despotic, only the one who received and attended me behaved well. They run to the clientele, I only appreciate that they did it the first day, so I did not buy more services from them.
I told this to the rude woman who practically kicked me out of the booth to do a service for someone else; Not even the manager apologizes or solves anything! In fact I think she was the one in charge!! I hope the owners review this. poor
