★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención la señorita es amable pero gasté en este momento como mil pesos y pedí otra bolsa para asegurar mis productos porque entre ellos hay de vidrio y me cobraba la bolsa más 5 pesos revolvió todo no separo los de vidrio y en este momento al darle la bolsa rota de la parte inferior salió todo destapado y por consiguiente frascos rotos ,y en mal estado y a la vez me dice que compre la caja para que no me pase esto creo que como vendedor tienen que separar para que no pase esto y si es necesario una más no hace mal par proteger el material con una bolsa más además dicen que abren a las nueve treinta y no es cierto media cara más tarde lo indicado me comenta no voy a discutir con un cliente pero no resuelve nada me pregunto cuál es la ética entonces de su negocio.

Aparte van varias veces que siento mis pedidos y me faltan piezas, no se hacen responsables y claro tampoco puedo ponerme a contar 200 frascos ahí mismo, uno confía en ellos. Y cuando habla uno a decirles que faltó producto dicen que de seguro lo compraste en otro lugar y no te reponen nada.
Lastima que usan el mismo nombre que la matriz la que está en el centro de Guadalajara, ahí siempre son amables no como esa sra de la sucursal de Zapopan. No recomiendo comprar ahí para nada
