The staff was wonderful to work with, and the bikes were delivered that same afternoon by Belin (the owner) personally to our condo in Playa Royale at no charge! My wife and I love our Specialized bikes and would recommend Velo Bike to anyone looking to purchase a bike or have one in need of repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only sell Specialized bikes so expect the price range to be on the higher end of the spectrum as well as quality. Very service oriented and friendly personnel. They let me test the stumpjumper 29er and I fell in love with it... Ended up buying it out of nowhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company! Stay away! As a bike guy, I was excited to find this store and found a great kit. Bibs and Jersey that looked amazing. (actually two but at $125 USD each I couldn't get both) Since I couldn't decide between them, I asked about their return policy. After 5 minutes and 3 people, they said 7 days. I bought both and went home. Two days later, I went to return the one that really wasn't a great fit. A flat "NO RETURN" from a surly employee. I could only exchange. I went through everything about all my questions PRIOR to. Again, NO, exchange only. Well, I am now stuck with both. From an amazing love of the unique flavor of this store to NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY

Up-Date Just Purchased the SPECIALIZED CREO SL EXPERT CARBON After a week of using the test ride I was sold on this bike great smooth ride with the mission control app, you can design this bike around a person with any level of fitness. Thanks Velo Bike. I'll be back. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice equipment in the nuevo store. I reserved a rental bike with natalia for pickup Saturday at 2pm closing so i could ride early sunday morning. I arrived at 2:01pm. the store attendant, george, looked at me through the locked front glass door then went out the back door and locked it up. I guess it’s my own fault for arriving late, but perhaps a little more customer friendly effort and service would have resulted in a bike rental and happy repeat customer.

We had our touring/gravel bikes cleaned and serviced (wheel trueing, gear/brake adjustment, cable replacement) after a big trip through W. Mexico.
