★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta estación en su exterior se ubica en la convergencia de las Avenidas, Ete 3 Sur - Añil y Viaducto así como la Avenida Radames Treviño que conecta al interior de la Unidad Kennedy y la Colonia Balbuena así como la "terminal" de los trolebuses de que recorren el eje 2 Sur hasta Pantitlán desde el Metro Chapultepec.
Muy cerca se ubican, el Velódromo, el Palacio de los Deportes, la Escuela Nacional de Educación Física, así como la Unidad Keneddy y la nueva Plaza Comercial de Viaducto.
 This station on the outside is located at the convergence of Avenidas, Ete 3 Sur - Añil and Viaducto as well as Avenida Radames Treviño that connects to the interior of the Kennedy Unit and the Colonia Balbuena as well as the "terminal" of the trolleybuses of which they travel along axis 2 South to Pantitlán from the Chapultepec Metro.
Nearby are the Velodrome, the Sports Palace, the National School of Physical Education, as well as the Keneddy Unit and the new Viaducto Commercial Plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E independientemente de que esta una zona deportiva en el lugar esta es una de las estaciones que nos deja cerca del palacio de los deportes y ahi se hacen eventos musicales geniales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una estación muy segura, limpia y de regular afluencia de público, cuentas con escaleras eléctricas, pero no está acondicionada para personas con capacidades diferentes por eso no le doy 5 estrellas, el marco recreativo de la estación es muy bonito, la recomiendo ampliamente.
A very safe, clean station with a regular influx of public, it has escalators, but it is not equipped for people with disabilities so I do not give it 5 stars, the recreational setting of the station is very beautiful, I highly recommend it.

Velódromo es un lugar destinado a carreras de bicicletas; se crea para efectuar competencias olímpicas. Es inaugurado el 13 de septiembre de 1968 en terrenos de la Ciudad Deportiva de la Magdalena Mixiuhca.
La pista fue contemplada alguna vez como única en el mundo; además, por los materiales que la constituyen, está considerada como de las más rápidas.
Sus tribunas dan cabida a 4 mil 800 espectadores sentados. Tiene una tribuna de honor para 500 personas; cuenta con seis patios que en ocasiones se utilizan para exposiciones industriales, comerciales y culturales. También cuenta con una escuela en donde se imparten clases, ayudados por monitores tanto en el velódromo, como en el autódromo.
