VERY BAD SERVICE. The technicians are not to repair drones, better go to repair blenders, irons, cell phones and even that will not do well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue muy desagradable ya que me presente el día 4 de enero 2022 a las 19:25 a la sucursal en la plaza patio universidad ya que adquiri el OSMO 5 y no pude enlazarlo con mi celular un Samsung Note 20 ultra, al llegar me encontré con una señorita la cual su actitud fue mega patética desde que entré y lo primero que pregunto es donde compré el equipo me hizo sentir que si no lo había comprado con ellos era imposible que me atendieran por su actitud, por lo que la atención empezó a tornarse rispida sacó mi equipo de muy mala de la caja donde lo llevaba de muy mala gana sin ningún tipo de cuidado lo prendió y antes de montar el telefono busco la compatibilidad de teléfonos en una lista y o sorpresa si estaba mi modelo de teléfono por lo que únicamente me dijo que EL
OSMO 5 DE DJI tenia muchísimos problemas con Samsung y con ningún modelo de Samsung se enlazaba y que no podía ofrecerme ninguna solución más que cambiar mi celular por un IPhone.
Por lo que dejo esta comentario con el fin de ver si alguien de la marca Dji podría apoyarme para poder enlazar el equipo con mi teléfono
Y evitar que su personal esté desprestigiando tanto a DJI como a Samsung por una actitud negativa y poco comprometida con la empresa en la que está empleada.
It was very unpleasant since I showed up on January 4, 2022 at 19:25 at the branch in the plaza patio universidad since I acquired the OSMO 5 and I could not link it with my cell phone a Samsung Note 20 ultra, upon arrival I found A young lady whose attitude was mega pathetic since I entered and the first thing I ask is where I bought the equipment made me feel that if I had not bought it with them it was impossible for them to take care of me because of their attitude, so the attention began to turn rispida took my very bad equipment out of the box where I took it very reluctantly without any care, turned it on and before assembling the phone I looked for the compatibility of phones in a list I was surprised if it was my phone model so only told me that the
DJI OSMO 5 had many problems with Samsung and with no Samsung model it was linked and it could not offer me any solution other than to change my cell phone for an IPhone.
So I leave this comment in order to see if someone from the Dji brand could support me to be able to link the equipment with my phone
And avoid that your staff is discrediting both DJI and Samsung for a negative attitude and little commitment to the company in which they are employed.
