★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented two apartments with this agency in city towers grand and we signed the termination contract on June 4th, until now July 6th, no one returned me the deposit! I have to ask my lawyer to push them again and again. And they charged me repair fee of 20550 MX pesos for the first apartment and 8210 MX pesos for the second apartment for the items of floor, closet, chair those kind of things’ repair fee and labor fee.
