★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas noches hace 20 días hice la compra de algunos materiales q si tenían en existencia pues nunca me llego completo el pedido y asta la fecha me deben 2 IPR de 8x4 en 1/4 por lo cual con las fechas de permisos de construcción y todo eso me ví obligado a conseguir por otro lado pq me iban a quitar el contrato por no cumplir con el tiempo acordado les hable para preguntar si me pueden hacer el reembolso y se negaron les comente si podrían cambiarme las IPR por herramientas y se negaron no les voy a recibir el material pq como les comento son ya 20 días de espera y no me parece correcto así q espero me puedan ayudar con mi problema cabe mencionar q compré en material en una de sus sucursales en durango espero puedan ayudar con este problema gracias

To receive the material because, as I have told you, it is already a 20-day wait and it does not seem correct so I hope you can help me with my problem, it is worth mentioning that I bought material in one of its branches in Durango, I hope you can help with this problem, thanks
