No solo por el trato tan malo de el personal que contesta o atiende los servicios sino por la falta de interés en reparar (inclusive con costo) las instalaciones que hicieron en su momento y que muestran fallas en forma consistente. Ellos hicieron toda la ventaneria de mi casa y cada que una puerta plegable se descompone es un martirio lograr que realicen el mantenimiento. Muy mal servicio y también mala calidad de sus instalaciones. Unfortunately, they are very good at selling, but they have a terrible after-sales service. Not only for the staff so bad that answers or attend services but by the lack of interest in repair (including with cost) the facilities made at the time and showing consistent treatment failures. They made all the windows of my house and every time a collapsible door is broken it is a martyrdom to get them to perform the maintenance. Very poor service and poor quality of its facilities.
