Imaginen alguien que llame para hacer un reclamo o una pregunta , simplemente nunca la resolverian ya que esta empresa no cuenta con la mas minima decencia en cuanto atencion al cliente se refiere.. Yo en mi caso intente comunicarme varias veces para un estimado, nunca me contestaron y cuando finalmente lo hicieron un señor muy grosero me puso en espera y finalnente me colgo..
Encima ponen a sus empleados a poner buenos reviews en internet para confundir ala gente y piensen que es una empresa seria... Yo la verdad es que no puedo entender como una empresa supuestamente grande no tenga por lo menos una secretaria que te conteste el telefono y te de informes.. NO COMPREN SUS VENTANAS AQUI!!
Terrible customer service, they never answer you and when they do they are very arrogant people and in the end they hang you up ..
Imagine someone who calls to make a claim or a question, they would simply never solve it since this company does not have the slightest decency in terms of customer service. I in my case tried to communicate several times for an estimate, I never They answered and when they finally did, a very rude man put me on hold and finally hung up on me.
Above they put their employees to put good reviews on the Internet to confuse people and think that it is a serious company ... I the truth is that I cannot understand how a supposedly large company does not have at least a secretary who answers your phone and inform you .. DO NOT BUY YOUR WINDOWS HERE !!
