★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les aconsejo no contratar a esta compañía. Mienten en cuanto a las fechas de entrega de las ventanas, entregan las ventanas erróneas, están totalmente desorganizados. La comunicación entre ellos y sus clientes no es nada profesional. Estamos todavía esperando nuestras ventanas 5 meses después de haber firmado contrato y pagado. Es una pesadilla.
I advise you not to hire this company. They lie about the delivery dates of the windows, they deliver the wrong windows, they are totally disorganized. The communication between them and their clients is not professional. We are still waiting for our windows 5 months after signing contract and paid. It's a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan mucho cuidado con este proveedor. No cumplen con las fechas de entrega y cuando uno les cancela se esconden para no regresar el dinero. El mismo dueño no contesta el telefono cuando queda formalmente de hacer la devolucion. NO SE METAN EN PROBLEMAS Y VAYAN CON OTRO PROVEEDOR. Actualizare mi post en caso de que me regresen mi dinero. Ya llevo mas de un mes esperando el reembolso.
Be very careful with this provider. They do not meet the deadlines and when one cancels them they hide to not return the money. The same owner does not answer the phone when it is formally to make the return. DO NOT GET INTO PROBLEMS AND GO TO ANOTHER PROVIDER. I will update my post in case I get my money back. I have been waiting for the refund for more than a month.

PÉSIMO servicio, ¡CUIDADO! NO cumplieron con contrato, nos habían entregado ventanas de calidad inferior. Por contrato en 1 mes deberían instalarlas y no, VAN 8 MESES Y SEGUIMOS SIN LA TOTALIDAD DE VENTANAS. Hemos tenido que rogarles para que nos instalen. Cuando por fin nos indican que van a ir no llegan (fueron 10 veces que no fuimos a laborar por causa de sus "supuestas entregas" y no llegaron). Son lo más bajo en servicio de ventanas. El dueño ha sido demandado muchas veces. Pésima experiencia.

BAD SERVICE, BEWARE! They did not comply with the contract, they had given us inferior windows. By contract in 1 month they should install them and not, GO 8 MONTHS AND WE FOLLOW WITHOUT ALL THE WINDOWS. We had to beg them to install us. When they finally tell us they are going to go they do not arrive (10 times we did not go to work because of their "supposed deliveries" and they did not arrive). They are the lowest in window service. The owner has been sued many times. Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carta garantía que te dan no te la hacen válida ya que NO responden. A los meses de terminar instalación se les dió una lista de detalles los cuales no se corrigieron, además de presentar mucha humedad en muros por el mal sellado. AGUAS Lo barato sale caro
The guarantee letter they give you does not make it valid for you since they DO NOT respond. Months after finishing the installation, they were given a list of details which were not corrected, in addition to presenting a lot of moisture in the walls due to poor sealing. WATERS Cheap is expensive
