Van a la hora que ellos quieren, no avisan cuando van a llegar, trabajan solo 2 horas y se van sin avisar, dejan trabajos incompletos, el dueño es un maleducado que cuelga te el teléfono cuando te quejas, queda que te va a llamar y nunca te llama y si tú le llamas se enfada y te cuelga. NO COMETAN EN ERROR DE CONTRATARLOS!!
 Horrible Service. They go at the time they want, they do not notify when they will arrive, they work only 2 hours and they leave without warning, they leave incomplete jobs, the owner is a rude man who hangs up the phone when you complain, it remains that he will call you and he never calls you and if you call him he gets mad and hangs up on you. DO NOT MAKE IN ERROR TO HIRE THEM !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio, nada de seriedad en tiempos de entrega, trabajan muy sucio, mala instalación, el servicio fue muy malo, decían que nos iban a regresar la llamada, sin embargo nunca la recibimos. En mi caso duraron 1 mes en hacer e instalar un cancel!!. POR NINGÚN MOTIVO LES RECOMIENDO ESTE NEGOCIO!
Terrible Service, nothing serious about delivery times, they work very dirty, poor installation, the service was very bad, they said they were going to return our call, however we never received it. In my case it took 1 month to make and install a cancel !!. FOR NO REASON DO I RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio post venta. Las instalaron mal, se mete el agua y polvo y no me atendieron, parecía que me hacían un favor. Compre TODAS las ventanas de la casa de doble vidrio y ni atender la mala instalación quisieron.
Terrible after sales service. They installed them badly, the water and dust get in and they didn't take care of me, it seemed like they were doing me a favor. Buy ALL the windows in the house with double glazing and not even take care of the bad installation they wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trabajo pero pésima atención a cliente, no cumplen con tiempos de entrega, mienten en las visitas para las mediciones, cuando les marcas no contestan o te dejan en la línea esperando.
Good job but lousy customer service, they do not meet delivery times, they lie on visits for measurements, when you mark them they do not answer or they leave you on the line waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMOS, NO LOS RECOMIENDO... me instalaron unas ventanas, al poco tiempo se atoró un broche y cuando vinieron, se dieron cuenta que no las habían "siliconeado"... posteriormente se han seguido atorando los broches y su atención al cliente es pésima... total que ni los productos ni los servicios son buenos... mejor busquen otra opción
AWFUL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM... they installed some windows for me, shortly after a clasp got stuck and when they came, they realized that they had not been "siliconized"... later the clasps have continued to get stuck and their customer service is excellent terrible... total that neither the products nor the services are good... better look for another option
