★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue bastante rápido, al entrar hay que pasar por un filtro de sanidad para recibir un número, primero se solicita la identificación y los documentos, después se pasa a cajas a pagar y de último se entrega el documento. A comparación de años atrás, ha mejorado bastante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la ventanilla única estatal está ubicado en plaza la Américas, a un costado de Bubba Plop, ahí hay un cajero inteligente donde puedes pagar multas de tránsito, recibo de agua y por el momento no está disponible el servicio de registro civil para imprimir actas de matrimonio, nacimiento o defunción. El cajero funciona con dinero en efectivo y tarjeta de crédito y/o débito.
The state single window is located in Plaza la Américas, next to Bubba Plop, there is a smart ATM where you can pay traffic fines, water bills and at the moment the civil registry service is not available to print records of marriage, birth or death.
