★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bueno y muy recomendado. Es de las pocas empresas en Mexico y Colombia que desarrollan tecnología y dan servicios que sirven a la PyME. Hay empresas que se hacen pasar por ellos y tratan de tomar ventaja. Ventas Click está Certificada por Google y algunas otras empresas grandes para dar ciertos servicios y los dan muy bien. Solo tengan cuidado con empresas que se hacen pasar por ellos. Generan mucho negocio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo visto no soy la única con el problema, tomaron a mi estética y ni siquiera pueden actualizar el horario, y así quieren cobrar. Se ve que tienen problemas para atender al cliente cuando ni siquiera saben quienes son y se tardan mas de dos semanas en contestar los comentarios. Y desgraciadamente su respuesta es únicamente para decir "escríbeme un correo". Mandas el correo y no pasa nada... hablas por teléfono y dicen que yo autorice todo y que tengo que pagarles.
Si alguno conoce como resolver el problema por favor compartanlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan mucho cuidado, esta empresa se hace pasar por google, visitan tu negocio con credencial falsa (dataplor), a base de engaños, te piden dar click a un correo o sms que te envían, y si le das click, ya te robaron la administración de tu pagina de google my business. Para recuperarla te piden dinero o que te suscribas a fuerza a sus servicios (cuando el servicio no lo cobra google) Si te comunicas con google te dicen que no tiene nada que ver con ellos.
Be very careful, this company is done by google, visit your business with false credentials (dataplor), based on tricks, they ask you to click on an email or sms that send you, and if you click, they already stole the administration of your google my business page. To recover they ask you for money or that you subscribe to force to their services (when the service does not charge it google) If you communicate with google they tell you that it has nothing to do with them.

Es importante ver que el servicio que estén contratando lo den ellos, hay otras empresas que han tratado de cobrar cuotas a nombre de ellos en el pasado. Yo corroboré personalmente y contraté el servicio y me ha ido muy bien, de hecho ha sido lo que mas me ha jalado en digital. Rockstar !!!!

La App me sirve para no revolver mis contactos y citas de negocio con los del teléfono y puedo administrar mi negocio sin ningún problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, desde que mi hermano se registró con su negocio NUNCA pudieron corregir el error del domicilio en la app, es inútil y siempre falla, JAMAS volvieron a tomar las llamadas ni a responder por ningún medio, NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Solo cobraron y ya.
