★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio prestado por los empleados, no respetan las reservaciones ya realizadas con antelación y no te ofrecen ayuda para resolver el problema. En mi caso llegué 30min antes de la reservación y solo me dijeron que no tenían carros y ya no se podía hacer nada que me regresaban el dinero y ya.
Si reservas no va ser seguro que tengan el carro, cuidado
 Terrible service provided by the employees, they do not respect reservations already made in advance and do not offer you help to solve the problem. In my case, I arrived 30 minutes before the reservation and they only told me that they did not have cars and there was nothing they could do, they would give me back the money and that's it.
If you book it will not be sure that they have the car, be careful
