Three weeks ago I bought a line coupon, 150 pesos, pay and send the payment ticket in the mail of the company. 1 week later they asked me if I had paid !!!!!!!!!!! They asked me if I picked up the product or if they sent it to my house. I said that there should be the option when paying and ask how much the shipment cost. They never warned me about the cost of shipping and a few days ago the product arrived at my house with a payment of 275 pesos of shipping !!!!!!!!! Bad service, bad orientation, bad organization, the advisor is never there, nobody follows up on your order or your case, they don't respond to emails, much less give you a reason for your orders. They all play the ball and nobody solves anything for you. And as if that were not enough, they practically tell you to "do it however you want." I made an order for just under 2 thousand pesos, but I have no response from anyone. No return, no solution, and the delivery time is lengthening more and more, I have called daily once or twice a day and nobody helps me. The worst thing is that I already paid and lost my money, if I can help someone not to buy on this site, I will, look elsewhere, there are better options, this pseudo company is a place that will give you an eternal headache. I am left with a bad taste in my mouth and I will try to get my money back with the help of PROFECO, without a doubt one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had, and I shop all the time online.

In the contract they "force" you to pay up to 90% of the equipment before starting the installation, for which they make several visits (a certain Engineer Adrian Camacho). They give you equipment after several months (3) of waiting. They send technicians; according to certificates; which do the first jobs in a totally defective way, uneven equipment and against indications of their own technical manuals. No supervisor shows up at the facility: Ing. Blanca Gallicia or Adrán Camacho. Today, April 18, 2022, I still only have holes in the roof of the house for the passage of pipes and uneven equipment fixed to walls. Six months after paying them, I have neither my money nor working equipment. It is not a recommended company, not even to buy a simple fan
