★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi esposo compro una motocicleta y el chico le dijo que en 8 días a más tardar se la entregaban y no fue una vez lo repitió varias veces, si el personal no sabe cuándo va ha entregar el producto mejor que no den información falsa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo la agencia, el asesor no parece tener ánimos para darte la información básica de las motos, es mejor que investigues por la cuenta. Se tardan en darte la factura y moto, aún cuando pagas a contado y el vehículo se encuentre en tienda. Es mejor buscar en otro lado.
I do not recommend the agency, the advisor does not seem to have the courage to give you the basic information about the motorcycles, it is better that you investigate on your own. They take time to give you the invoice and the motorcycle, even when you pay in cash and the vehicle is in the store. Better to look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible que realizamos el deposito de una compra de contado hace mas de 2 meses y continuo a la espera de mi unidad. Te van dando fechas al azar y no te van actualizando el estatus de llegada.
No lo recomiendo, no compren.
It is not possible that we made the deposit of a cash purchase more than 2 months ago and I am still waiting for my unit. They give you random dates and they do not update your arrival status.
I do not recommend it, do not buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy cambiando mis estrellas de 4 a 2, el los ultimos dias me atendio una persona llamada Hector y un total desastre. Le pedi que me enviara la factura en cuanto la tuviera y me dio largas y largas, despues le pedi hablar con el gerente y le pregunte por mi factura me dijo que la tiene desde hace 5 dias. Despues viene el tema de la entrega de la moto, me dijeron de 5 a 8 dias y fui muy claro al comprar la moto que esas eran las condiciones que esperaba, al parecer no hay entrega en 8 dias ya que lo que estoy viendo por los comentarios es que la moto se puede ir para entrega hasta 15 o 20 dias.La verdad yo no tengo problema esperar 20 dias pero que me lo digan desde el principio y no 8 dias despues de mi compra y con eso que son dias habiles ya llevo casi 12 dias esperando la moto.
