No responden por teléfono y nunca tienen lo que buscas. Además sus tiempos de entrega nunca son los que dicen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio post-venta nefasto. El tal Eduardo es un nefasto que en cuanto compras deja de contestar los WhatsApp y atenderte.
Todo lo que les prometa que se los dé por escrito o grabenlo. A mí me prometió 60 días de garantía en lo eléctrico y en la póliza al recibirla solo son 30. Vaya basura.

No pues Vento la empresa se va a parar solo porque tienes personal de vacaciones!!???
Eso es la diferencia entre una mini empresa y una gran empresa!! Que obviamente ustedes no son esa gran empresa!!

Hacen lo que quieren, no entregaron la moto a domicilio, por sus huevos la decidieron entregar en tienda, desde un inicio se les dijo que no se podía recibir a cierta hora y aún así el señor Eduardo nos juró que se podía hacer la entrega por la tarde (comprendo que la distribución no sea algo que ellos manejen, pero entonces que no mientan). El trato antes de las compra fue muy amable, pero post-venta fue un horror (seguramente sólo por la comisión, pero entonces que terminen bien de hacer su trabajo)
Si quieres comprar ten en cuenta que podrías pasar malos ratos y enojos. NO RECOMIENDO al vendedor EDUARDO.
Super bad after-sales treatment. They do what they want, they did not deliver the motorcycle at home, because of their eggs they decided to deliver it to the store, from the beginning they were told that it could not be received at a certain time and even so, Mr. Eduardo swore to us that the delivery could be made by the afternoon (I understand that the distribution is not something they handle, but then do not lie). The treatment before the purchase was very kind, but after the sale it was a horror (probably only because of the commission, but then they finish doing their job well)
If you want to buy keep in mind that you could have bad times and anger. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the seller EDUARDO.
