★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo encargue una mando para direccionales, dando como anticipo la mitad, y ya llevan más de dos semanas sin dar respuesta, no me contestan el teléfono del local ni mucho menos el vendedor que me dió su personal para que me avisara.
I ordered a command for directions, giving half as an advance, and they have been more than two weeks without giving an answer, they do not answer the telephone of the premises, much less the salesman who gave me his staff to notify me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una motocicleta modelo Screamer aproximadamente hace 6 meses, tuve un accidente hace 4 meses y desde entonces no he podido conseguir las refacciones. El número de atención y WhatsApp para las refacciones contestan cuando quieren o de plano no contestan. Me han traído de mes en mes diciéndome que el próximo mes estarán disponibles y aún no las tienen. Pregunté la posibilidad de apartadas piezas o si podían avisarme en cuanto llegaran y me dijeron que no.
Compré una moto que sólo pude manejar 2 meses por su pésimo servicio y atención a las necesidades de sus clientes. ¡PÉSIMA INVERSIÓN!
I bought a Screamer model motorcycle about 6 months ago, had an accident 4 months ago and have been unable to get parts ever since. The service number and WhatsApp for spare parts answer when they want or they don't answer at all. They have brought me from month to month telling me that next month they will be available and they still don't have them. I asked the possibility of separate pieces or if they could let me know as soon as they arrived and they told me no.
I bought a motorcycle that I could only drive for 2 months because of its terrible service and attention to the needs of its customers. BAD INVESTMENT!

Me dio información un chico que se llama Alejandro Villavicencio, no sentía pena de preguntar mis dudas y me dio espacio para acomodar mis números y tomar la decisión. Había ido a otros lugares y cuando preguntas mucho se molestan o si decides esperar igual se ponen muy groseros. Pero este no fue el caso! Me asesoro tan bien y tan amable que si hice mi compra!. Quedé contenta. Por eso sí recomiendo el lugar y a Alejandro. Sus compañeros también fueron muy cordiales y atentos con los otros clientes o personas interesadas que llegaron a preguntar.
Super attentive and friendly since I went to ask. A guy named Alejandro Villavicencio gave me information, he didn't feel ashamed to ask my questions and gave me space to accommodate my numbers and make the decision. I had been to other places and when you ask a lot they get annoyed or if you decide to wait they still get very rude. But this was not the case! He advised me so well and so kindly that I did make my purchase! I was happy. That is why I do recommend the place and Alejandro. His colleagues were also very cordial and attentive with the other customers or interested people who came to ask.
