Compre una moto qué salio mal en el tanque de gasolina desde el día que me la entregaron. Un año después de estar en el taller autorizado por vento, me dicen que la garantía no es válida. Finalmente realizaron el cambio 18 meses después. En la tienda esta LUIS GARCÍA, su atención en mala, no responde dudas y mucho menos da soluciones; tuve que acudir a Profeco.
Mi opinión es, NO COMPREN VENTO, y si compran qué no sea en esta sucursal, el servicio post venta es malo, no atienden ninguna otra duda a menos que sea compra.
ESTE PUNTO DE VENTA ES EL PEOR

I bought a motorcycle that went wrong in the gas tank since the day it was delivered to me. One year after being in the workshop authorized by Vento, they tell me that the guarantee is not valid. They finally made the switch 18 months later. In the store is LUIS GARCÍA, his attention is bad, he does not answer doubts and much less gives solutions; I had to go to Profeco.
My opinion is, DO NOT BUY A SALE, and if you buy something that is not in this branch, the after-sales service is bad, they do not answer any other questions unless it is a purchase.

La atención de los vendedores es buena pero del gerente muy déspota por no conocer un producto bancario (tarjeta dual de Hey Banco).
Terrible, pésimo servicio posventa ya que nadie responde y la garantía está sujeta a procedimento de aprobación.
Para empezar tardaron casi 15 días en entrar la motocicleta y el primer servicio se hace a los 30 dias (y está caro), se deben hacer servicios para mantener la garantía y lo peor es que llegó asquerosamente mal ensamblada la moto, se salieron varios cables al primer día y se cayó una pieza en plena avenida a las 8:10 PM solo duro 1 semana en uso o 32km. Contraten un buen seguro, casi me estrello por culpa de la negligencia en su armadora y el arrastre en grua salió caro al taller. Ahi me dicen que la bateria también está mal y que debemos esperar que responda Vento. Factura B59379 por si me quieren apoyar con seguimiento.
