Pregunté en mostrador por una refacción y me dijeron que no la tenían llame por teléfono y si hubo
Regrese y le dije que paso no que no había ????
Deberían de poner atención como empresa al consumidor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio a cliente es PÉSIMO, contraten personal competente que tenga la atención o sepa contestar los WhatsApp del teléfono que ustedes proporcionan.
Es ridículo que llevo más de 3 meses preguntando por las mismas piezas y no tengan la decencia de contestar.
Son una empresa, no nos están haciendo ningún favor.
