★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live very far away and this would be the closest clinic for me to receive IVF. I called someone who spoke Spanish which I expected and she was nice and told me someone would call me back who spoke English..NOTHING crickets …then I reached out again someone did message me in Spanish on whatsapp and asked me to fill out a questionnaire. The questionnaire is in Spanish, again I asked if the questionnaire is English she said no. So how am I supposed to receive treatment or even start this process when no one can call me back. I do not speak Spanish or read Spanish. I can’t even fill out the questionnaire that is needed. I was really excited to start this journey with this clinic. But now I have to go somewhere else because if you guys cant simply call for new patient needs and accommodate when someone speaks English what happens when I need medical help?
