★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención deficiente e inútil. No saben para que son los buzones y dejan los recibos donde les da la gana. Por teléfono son amables pero no pueden resolver nada.
Poor and useless care. They do not know what the mailboxes are for and they leave the receipts where they want. On the phone they are friendly but cannot solve anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio deberían cambiar el personal por personas más educadas y eficientes no llebaba recibo y me sacaron un folio para pagar pero al momento de ir a hacer un reporte donde a dos adultos de la tercera edad se les está saliendo el agua sucia por su casa me pidieron recibo o folio, para pagar si me lo dieron pero para hacer el reporte no me lo pudieron proporcionar muy pésimo servicio
Terrible service, they should change the staff for more educated and efficient people, I did not have a receipt and they took out a sheet of paper to pay but when I went to make a report where two elderly adults are getting dirty water from their house. They asked for a receipt or folio, to pay if they gave it to me but to make the report they could not provide me with a very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las cajeras groseras, aún que uno pague cortan el agua, y cobran doble , al grado que hay más personas en la fila de reclamar que para pagar, no solucionan nada ni por teléfono, y así cobran por un servicio
Terrible service, rude cashiers, even if one pays, they cut off the water, and charge double, to the point that there are more people in line to claim than to pay, they do not solve anything even by phone, and thus they charge for a service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La operadora del módulo 1, ( ni gafete tenía) típica persona que inventa pretextos o te pide documentos que no se necesitan, con tal, de no trabajar, la “CLÁSICA BATEADORA” de gente, debería de estar en rieleros en vez de veolia; me tocó ver cómo batiaba personas por cualquier pretexto y a los que no batiaba, no les solucionaba ni explicaba, lamentablemente me tocó que me atendiera ella dos veces, y las dos veces solicito cosas diferentes para no trabajar, pongan atención veolia con ese tipo de personas que en vez de sumar restan a su ya lastimada reputación
The operator of module 1, (didn't even have a badge) typical person who invents excuses or asks you for documents that are not needed, as long as she doesn't work, the "CLASSIC BATTER" of people, should be in rieleros instead of velolia; I had to see how she beat people for any pretext and those who she didn't beat, she didn't solve or explain, unfortunately I had to have her attend me twice, and both times I request different things so as not to work, pay attention to that kind of people that instead of adding subtract to its already damaged reputation
