★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, personal mal capacitado, filas de 2+ horas, módulos vacíos, y la ineptitud del personal para brindar el servicio. Acudí a realizar un alta de servicio demoraron 5 horas en poder realizarlo
Terrible service, poorly trained staff, lines of 2+ hours, empty modules, and the ineptitude of the staff to provide the service. I went to perform a service registration, it took 5 hours to do it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tienen si servicio de agua por más de 15 días y con una fuga enorme en el medidor de mi casa. No atienden a reportes y solo dan vueltas a la situación cuando uno llama por teléfono o acude a las oficinas. Una basura de servicio. Si pudiera calificar negativamente, lo haría, pero una estrella es el mínimo.
They have me without water service for more than 15 days and with a huge leak in the meter in my house. They do not attend to reports and only go around the situation when one calls by phone or goes to the offices. A garbage of service. If I could rate negatively, I would, but one star is the minimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veo que no soy el único que tiene problemas por esta empresa sin ética ni nadie que asuma responsabilidad por ello.
Saben que, como son el único proveedor de agua potable de Aguascalientes, les da igual si roban, si tratan mal a la gente, si cobran por un servicio que no dan y si complican las cosas para resolver un problema. No es como si tuviéramos otra opción.
5 módulos y solo dos atendiendo en hora pico el día de hoy.
Entre un cliente y otro, las señoritas tomándose un ratito para platicar con una compañera que, al parecer, no tiene nada que hacer ahí.
No hay con quien ir para pedir ayuda, ni un supervisor, nadie. Y son tan malos que ni siquiera en la página web de veolia hay donde poner una queja.
Me explayaría más, pero al ver la cantidad de personas que están igual que yo, me queda claro que no sirve de nada.
I see that I am not the only one who has problems for this unethical company or anyone who takes responsibility for it.
They know that, as they are the only supplier of drinking water in Aguascalientes, they don't care if they steal, if they treat people badly, if they charge for a service they don't provide and if they complicate things to solve a problem. It's not like we have a choice.
5 modules and only two attending rush hour today.
Between one client and another, the ladies taking a little while to talk with a colleague who, apparently, has nothing to do there.
There is no one to go to for help, no supervisor, no one. And they are so bad that even on the veolia website there is no place to complain.
I would elaborate more, but seeing the number of people who are like me, it is clear to me that it is useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergüenza, no lo merece la sociedad de Ags. Una empresa privada totalmente corrupta. Roban con un total descaro. Inventan.las lecturas de los medidores. Lleva uno la foto o video del.medidor para comparar con el recibo y sólo se limitan a decir que es un error de ellos. No dan solución inmediata, piden que se presente uno al día siguiente para los ajustes Y TERMINA UNO PAGANDO EL RECIBO .
A shame, the Ags society does not deserve it. A totally corrupt private company. They steal with total impudence. They make up the meter readings. Take a photo or video of the meter to compare with the receipt and they only limit themselves to saying that it is their error. They do not give an immediate solution, they ask that one be present the next day for adjustments AND ONE ENDS BY PAYING THE RECEIPT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo menos pago mis recibos a tiempo y no necesito de hacer filas ya que pago por la aplicación con mi tarjeta cuando necesito pagar en efectivo acudo a esta sucursal y es rápido.
At least I pay my bills on time and I don't need to wait in line because I pay for the application with my card. When I need to pay in cash, I go to this branch and it's fast.

Terrible service two hours to be able to make a request to put a meter, only 3 people to attend a line of more than 30 people.
